CloudMagine, LLC (“CloudMagine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information when you visit cloudmagine.com or contact us through this website.
We keep this simple because we collect very little. We do not use advertising networks, sell data, or track individuals across sites.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal data. Plausible tracks aggregate website metrics only—page views, referrer sources, device types, and country-level geography. No individual user is ever identified or tracked.
Because Plausible does not use cookies and does not process personal data, no cookie consent banner is required. Your visit to this site is not tracked across sessions or other websites.
Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, company name, company email address, and your message. Job title and phone number fields are optional.
Our service providers, such as Microsoft for email delivery, handle the form for us. We do not share your inquiry with anyone else without your consent.
The contact form does not use a third-party bot-check service and does not set cookies. To keep automated spam out, our servers run basic checks on each submission: a hidden field, a minimum time to fill the form, limits on how often the form can be submitted, and filters for messages that contain web links, appear to be random text, or come from addresses we have blocked. Messages that fail these filters may be discarded without a reply. Our website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which processes your IP address and request details as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. Beyond emailing your submission to us, our own application does not keep a copy of what you type in the form or record your IP address, and its logs contain only counts and the reason a submission was rejected. Our website firewall may record the IP address of a visitor who sends an unusually large number of submissions, and keeps that record for about 31 days.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment information, health information, or sensitive personal data of any kind through this website. Please do not submit personal health information (PHI) through any form on this site.
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising scripts, or session recording tools.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage the business relationship. Aggregate analytics data collected by Plausible is retained on Plausible’s EU-based infrastructure in accordance with their retention policy.
